Paul is a retired Captain of the Toronto
Fire Services and a free lance Artist who has, over the years,
become a close friend of
TOMA. Paul has, once again
in 2004. at
the Firefighters Association of Ontario in Blyth, donated one
of his fine works to the Foundation for fund raising at the TOMA
