The Board of Directors of the TOMA Foundation for Burned Children is presently comprised of the following members:

• Capt. Bruce Peacock,  Member. Bruce is with the Brant County Emergency Fire Services in Paris, ON. He is also a member of the TOMA RIDE for Burned Kids Executive Committee and is also a Red Knight belonging to Chapter 1-Toronto

• Gilles Mercier, President and co-founding Director shares day to day operational responsibilities jointly with the Secretary-Treasurer. He is primarily responsible for the Foundation's online (internet website) and media facets.

• François Sourdif, Secretary-Treasurer and co-founding Director shares day to day responsibilities jointly with the President. He is responsible for the Foundation's projection of integrity and transparency.

• Mrs. Jeannine Rousson is a grand-mother and is an Information Agent for the Foundation.

• Mrs. Michelle Demers is an adult child burn victim. She is the mother of two lovely girls and has been on nursing staff of the children's burn unit at Montreal's Ste-Justine Hospital.

• Mr. Éric Casault is self employed and the father of two.

The Board members meet monthly.
